A blend of Ruta, Valerian, and Lavender essential oils, RutaVaLa™ is a perfect addition to any nighttime routine. Diffuse it after a hectic day to create a calm environment or dilute it with V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex and massage onto the bottoms of your feet during the evening.
Diffuse, directly inhale, dilute with V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex, apply topically, or inhale directly.
